Lambda signs $1 billion private equity debt agreement to purchase GPUs and lease them to Microsoft

Lambda, supported by NVIDIA, has signed a $1 billion private equity debt agreement, led by JPMorgan Chase. The debt funds will be used to purchase NVIDIA GPU graphics cards and lease them to Microsoft for use.
