Amazon AWS provides access to large models such as OpenAI and Meta in the GovCloud region

Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced that it will provide government agencies with the ability to access Anthropic, Meta, OpenAI, xAI, Nvidia, and Amazon's self-developed Nova series models through Amazon Bedrock in the AWS GovCloud (US) region, all services running in compliant isolated cloud environments.
