[Fomo Acquires Mobula, Discloses User Growth and Financial Data] According to GlobeNewswire, the on-chain trading platform Fomo has acquired the proprietary software and intellectual property of the on-chain data aggregator Mobula. Mobula's founder Sacha Marcus, CTO Sacha Delhoux, and infrastructure lead Cyril Conan have joined Fomo's engineering team. Fomo's user base has doubled since early July, reaching 1.9 million, with daily new users exceeding 30,000. Active users in August surpassed 1.2 million. The platform's monthly trading volume increased from $500 million in June to $1.5 billion in July, and is expected to exceed $2.8 billion in August, with monthly revenue around $17 million and annualized revenue over $200 million. Fomo's web platform accounts for approximately 25% of total trading volume. Growth in perpetual contract products continues, and the social feature Clans has been launched.
