Lido DAO allocates $60000 to support ValOS validator operational standards

Lido DAO has allocated $60000 through the LEGO program to support the ValOS validator operating standards. The funds will be used to fund the initial assurance review fees for node operators, covering up to 50% of the review fees for node operators who adopted the standards in the early stages.
