The Binance Research Institute pointed out that $15.7 billion is about 8.4 times the second largest positive inflow to the exchange, with Bybit and OKX ranking among the three exchanges with concentrated liquidity. Smaller platforms have more dispersed inflows. In addition, Binance faces allegations in the European Union that it still accepts local users without obtaining a license under the Crypto Asset Market Regulation Act (MiCA).
