The China Securities Association has released a draft of Demonstration Practice No. 7- Securities firm M&A for securities firms, which divides mergers and acquisitions into three stages: preparation, trading, and integration. The integration phase requires strengthening project management for legal entities, IT systems, customer migration, and subsidiary mergers, enhancing internal and external coordination to address bottlenecks, and strengthening supervision through specialized working groups, regular reports, and special meetings.
