Micron plans to increase HBM production capacity to 100000 pieces per month by the end of the year, achieving a doubling of production capacity

According to ETNews in South Korea, Micron plans to make large-scale equipment investments before the end of the year to increase HBM production capacity to about 100000 pieces per month, in order to catch up with Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. Micron's HBM production last year was approximately 40000 to 50000 pieces per month, and this time it plans to add up to 60000 pieces per month of HBM production capacity.
