Nomura research report: Net debt ratio of US international investment position rises to 80%, posing global financial risk risks

--

According to CCTV News, Nomura Research Report pointed out that the development of artificial intelligence has increased the ratio of net liabilities of the US international investment position to the total net assets of all net creditor countries' international investment positions by pushing up inflation, widening trade deficits, and US bond yields to 80%. Nomura warns that if the development of artificial intelligence is hindered, in the context of high valuations and weak fundamentals in the US stock market, the adjustment of the US stock market will evolve into a global safe haven event, prompting foreign investment to de risk and driving the depreciation of the US dollar.
