[Binance Launches USD to Brazilian Real Perpetual Contract with 100x Leverage]
Binance has introduced a fiat perpetual contract, debuting the USD to Brazilian Real (USDBRL) trading pair, which will commence trading on September 21. This contract is settled in USDT, offers up to 100x leverage, and supports 24/7 trading. The platform tracks a third-party weighted index during regular forex trading hours and switches to an order book-based pricing mechanism on weekends and holidays. Binance's Head of Trading, Shunyet Jan, stated that this product aims to extend price discovery beyond traditional trading days, providing round-the-clock risk management and position-holding capabilities. Kraken had previously launched perpetual contracts covering currencies like the Euro and British Pound in April 2025.
