Jason McGee: Zcash holders' voting is non binding

Jason McGee, CEO of Shielded Labs, stated that Zcash adopts a multi-party consensus governance model, and holder voting is for reference only and not binding. Protocol changes are jointly decided by stakeholders such as node operators, miners, exchanges, wallets, and users.
