Celsius sues BitMEX affiliated entities for bankruptcy and seeks to recover 6360.17 BTC

Celsius's bankruptcy estate sued BitMEX affiliated entities in the Southern District of New York Federal District Court on September 12, accusing them of improper liquidation in March 2020. The complaint states that the relevant bitcoins include 1325.8385 lost by Celsius on March 12, and 5034.3281 acquired from fund JST Alpha 1 the next day.
