Fairshake invested over $130 million in advertising during the 2024 election cycle and spent approximately $41 million opposing Sherrod Brown. Stand With Crypto stated that it will mobilize supporters to participate in the 2026 midterm elections based on the voting records of lawmakers on the bill. As of Monday, Fairshake and its affiliated political action committee have not disclosed any new expenditures after the vote.
