The Hong Kong SAR government has successfully priced the fourth batch of digital green bonds worth approximately HKD 20 billion, covering HKD, RMB, USD, and EUR, setting a new record for the world's largest digital bond issuance. The bonds were priced on September 28th, including HKD 5.5 billion 2-year 3.80% bonds, RMB 7.5 billion 5-year 1.65% bonds, USD 200 million 3-year 5.023% bonds, and EUR 450 million four-year 3.734% bonds, with subscription amounts ranging from 1.3 to 11.3 times for each currency. This time, Ensemble TX has introduced tokenized deposits in the first tier settlement of Hong Kong dollar bonds, making it the first digital bond in the world to include tokenized deposits in Hong Kong dollars.
