Greenfield Capital has filed a complaint with Swiss regulatory authorities, demanding a restructuring of the board of directors of the Safe Ecological Foundation

Safe investor Greenfield Capital has submitted a regulatory complaint to the Swiss Federal Foundation Supervisory Authority (ESA). Jascha Samadi, founding partner of Greenfield, stated that the company has requested the Safe Ecological Foundation to replace Stefan George, co-founder of Gnosis, as a director and add independent directors, but the request has been denied. Jascha Samadi pointed out that Stefan George's position at Gnosis and another director Richard Meissner's association with the company that develops and operates Safe products constitute a conflict of interest, and the board lacks an independent voice.
