Ethereum Glamsterdam upgrade to be conducted on Sepolia testnet, with block gas cap raised to 200 million

The Ethereum Glamsterdam upgrade will be activated on the Sepolia testnet on October 6th at 21:53:36 (UTC+8), with a focus on increasing the block gas limit from 60 million to 200 million. The developer has released Prysm version 7.2.1 to ensure that the validator client can automatically generate blocks with a maximum limit of 200 million Gas. The purpose of this test is to evaluate the stability of validators in handling larger block capacities, and this setting is currently only applicable to the Sepolia testnet.
