Ondo Finance launches private equity market platform, launches AI enterprise tokenized private equity notes

Ondo Finance launches its private equity market platform Ondo Private Markets, issuing the first tokenized private equity note linked to a proposed IPO artificial intelligence company. The note is a debt of the issuer and is open to qualified non-U.S. investors in compliant jurisdictions. The total TVL of Ondo token stock and treasury bond bond platform reached US $3.7 billion, with more than 1 million holders. The total market value of tokenized stocks has exceeded 42 billion US dollars, accounting for 35% of the overall tokenized asset market.
