The security attack in September resulted in a large number of SILVs being stolen and sold, causing liquidity collapse, loss of operating funds, and damage to market structure. Dominion has used most of the remaining working capital for refunds to pre hacker holders, and eligible participants can withdraw at a rate of $63 per SILV. The team believes that the funds needed to rebuild liquidity and maintain operations exceed the remaining resources.

On September 11th, the attacker controlled 3/5 multi signature keys and sold approximately 46909 SILVs to the less liquid DEX, with a nominal value of approximately $3 million before the attack, ultimately cashing out approximately $238000.
