Brothers, our National Day holiday has just ended. Have you noticed that during holidays in China, there are good news and bad news. Here, let's take a look at the BTC 15 minute cycle chart with the camera on the surface. As you can clearly see, in the previous paragraph, the market fluctuated and pulled back and forth, with high and low points repeatedly alternating, belonging to a typical range oscillation market. Both long and short sides were deadlocked here, and neither side was able to create a one-sided market. But pay attention to the right side of the market, a large bearish candlestick hits directly, breaking the support level of the oscillating platform ahead! The oscillation range has been broken downwards, which is a signal - the original long short balance has been broken by the bears. After the drop, the market continued to hit a new low, followed by a long shadow injection, and the price quickly pulled back, creating a wave of recovery and rebound. Here is a key knowledge point to share with everyone: the rebound after breaking the level should be defined as a confirmed draw, and should not be directly regarded as a reversal. Now let's focus on two key positions ✅ The first one is the original oscillation support line above, which will become pressure once it falls below. The price rebound to this line is the key observation area. If it doesn't rise or close at this point, it's a pressure signal. ✅ The second one, the low point just hit below, is the short-term strength bottom line. If it falls below this low point again in the future, bears will continue to exert force and a new round of decline will begin; Only by holding onto the low point can there be a chance for further rebound and repair in the short term. Many people see this long shadow pull back and feel that it has fallen and is about to rise sharply. We must avoid pitfalls here! The rebound of the pin after the oscillation breaks the position is highly likely to attract multiple pullbacks. The rebound is just a short break for bears, used to clear the funds that follow the trend and go long. The noise of small cycle K-lines is very loud, and the news surface can change shape at any time. Looking at the 15 minute level alone, it can only be used to observe short-term fund games and cannot directly determine the overall trend. You can think about it: Is your first reaction to the rebound of the pin after the oscillation breaks the level bottoming out, or is it to lure more? Discuss together on the public screen. So remember this core knowledge point: once the support falls below, it becomes pressure. This rebound should be seen as a pullback after breaking through, don't rush to identify a reversal. If the price rebounds above the old support, then the short-term logic will change; On the contrary, if encountering obstacles and falling back, the bearish trend will continue. Come on, let's cut the camera to Ethereum and watch the ETH15 minute cycle K-line together. Let's first take a look at the trend ahead. ETH has been fluctuating at a high level during this period, with a back and forth tug of war and repeated testing of the high point. Long and short positions continue to play in the upper range. After the crash, the market began to recover and rebound, returning to the oscillation range. Here is a knowledge point that everyone should remember: Pin probing and pullback only represent the short-term release of bearish forces, but do not mean a direct reversal and bullish trend. Now focus on two key positions ✅ Firstly, the lowest point of the pin below is currently the strongest short-term support. As long as this low point is not breached again, the market will continue to fluctuate within the range; Once this position is broken down again, the bears will continue to exert force and a new round of decline will begin. ✅ Secondly, the high point of the previous oscillation above is a short-term strong pressure level. If prices want to strengthen, they must firmly hold onto this pressure line and continue to create higher highs; If there is a stagflation or long shadow after rebounding to this position, it is a pressure signal. Many people feel like they can't fall anymore when they see the long shadow pull back, and they just go long. It is important to avoid misconceptions here: Small cycle insertion can easily lead to multiple actions. Temporarily pull back to attract followers, then test the low point again later. ETH itself is linked to BTC, and the volatility of the market will directly lead to the collapse of this small cycle pattern. Looking at the 15 minute level alone, it can only be used to observe short-term fund games and cannot judge the overall trend.
