Bank of America withdraws from Moonshot AI Hong Kong IPO underwriting negotiations

Bank of America will no longer participate in the potential IPO underwriting arrangements for Moonshot AI, and Goldman Sachs will continue to serve as the sponsor. Moonshot AI plans to go public in Hong Kong as early as the first quarter of 2027, with a financing scale of up to $5 billion.
