American Express releases Intent Intelligence framework to promote AI agent business standards

American Express has released the Intent Intelligence framework, which uses AI agents to capture and authenticate customer purchase intentions before transactions, and uses intentions as controls throughout the entire transaction process. The relevant functions are provided through the Amex Agenetic Commerce Experiences developer suite.
