Metaplanet will inject 2100 BTC and $2.5 million into Super League, acquiring 44.86 million shares at a price of $3 per share. After the transaction was completed, the company was renamed Superplane and the stock code was changed to SUPA. Metaplanet held over 90% of the shares during the five-year lock up period.
