ZetaChain plans to migrate ZETA to Solana and launch it on ZetaLabs on December 9th.

--

ZetaChain announced that on December 9th, it will migrate the ZETA token to Solana as its native token, and the privacy AI application ZetaLabs will be launched simultaneously with ZETA as its core token. The second governance proposal is currently open for voting on ZetaHub and will close on November 7th. It covers the migration mechanism, timeline, and holder protection measures. If the proposal passes, ZetaChain L1 will cease operation around December 9th, ZETA will be migrated to the native Solana token at a 1:1 ratio, and minting authority will be permanently revoked. Holders do not need to take any action before then. The supply of ZETA will decrease in 2027, with approximately 55 million unallocated validator rewards being burned monthly as originally planned, and no further inflation will occur after the migration.
