Paolo Ardoino: Monthly consumption of encrypted payment cards reaches $600 million

Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino shared Memento Research data on X platform, stating that the monthly consumption scale of encrypted payment cards has reached $600 million, a 6-fold increase compared to the same period last year. The cumulative on chain transaction volume has reached 7.2 billion US dollars, with 24 million transactions covering 1.36 million wallet addresses. Data shows that about 90% of transactions are completed through the Visa network, and 62.5% of transactions are settled through USDT.
