The US Trade Court ruled that Trump's 10% global tariff measure is not valid
The US Trade Court has ruled that the 10% global tariff measures implemented by US President Trump are not valid, and believes that the comprehensive imposition of tariffs lacks basis. On February 20th of this year, the US Supreme Court ruled that the large-scale tariff measures implemented by the Trump administration under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act lacked clear legal authorization. After the ruling was announced, Trump declared a 10% "global import tariff" on all goods from countries and regions for a period of 150 days under Section 122 of the 1974 Trade Act.
