According to Xinhua News Agency, the memorandum of understanding reached between the United States and Iran includes a $300 billion private fund, which has now received over half of the funding commitments. This fund is a private investment vehicle that does not include government funds or grants. Its investors include companies from the United States, Gulf countries, Asia, South America, and Africa, and its investment areas cover energy, logistics, manufacturing, and transportation.

Rootstock Labs' head of institutions and ecosystems, Richard Green, stated that the Bitcoin DeFi project is shifting its focus towards a more financially savvy user base. The total locked value of DeFi protocols has decreased from approximately $180 billion in October last year to approximately $70 billion currently. Rootstock is shifting its target users towards Bitcoin miners and digital asset treasury companies, providing them with lending and revenue generating products. Richard Green believes that the current demand for Bitcoin DeFi is concentrated in a few niche groups with strong financial strength, and project parties should design products around balance sheet requirements.
