According to Iran's Fars News Agency, advisors to Iran's Supreme Leader have stated that Iran will not give up the capabilities it has gained in the Strait of Hormuz. The Iran US talks mediated by Pakistan and Qatar were temporarily suspended after 80 minutes for rest and internal consultations. The first round of talks did not discuss the issue of Iran's nuclear program, and the focus of the negotiations was on implementing Article 13 of the Memorandum of Understanding and addressing issues related to Lebanon.
