Multiple encrypted KOLs have revealed that pump.fun is offering a $20000 signing bonus and a monthly compensation of $30000 to users of its competitor FOMO, requiring users to migrate to its app. The agreement terms include transfer of funds, use of dedicated wallets, public statements, permanent deletion of FOMO accounts, prohibition of using the wallet on competing platforms, and non defamation clauses. According to DefiLlama data, pump.fun has earned $6.49 million in the past 7 days, FOMO has earned $2.64 million in the past 7 days, and Flap has earned $1.39 million. Lawyer Ariel Givner analyzed that pump.fun's behavior did not violate any laws or regulations.
