Bottomline collaborates with Chainlink to provide blockchain settlement for over 600 banks

SWIFT service provider Bottomline has partnered with Chainlink to provide blockchain based cross-border settlement services to over 600 banks. Bottomline processes over $16 trillion in payment amounts annually, serving 1200 financial institutions and 10000 businesses. Banks connect ISO 20022 payment instructions to the blockchain through Chainlink infrastructure, utilize CCIP for tokenized value transfer, and have CRE responsible for transaction routing. Chainlink's Project Pangea has covered over 50 banking institutions in Europe and South Korea, with a total managed asset of over $10 trillion.
