Fintech company MoonPay has signed an agreement to acquire North Capital Investment Technology in an all stock transaction worth over $60 million. After the transaction is completed, North Capital will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of MoonPay, and its securities brokerage, investment advisory, and clearing capabilities will be integrated into MoonPay's infrastructure. According to a Spartan Capital report, after the launch of Robinhood Chain, DEX trading volume rose to $1.5 billion by the end of August, TVL increased to $711 million, and Gas revenue reached $6.6 million in August.
