NFL submits opinion to US Supreme Court opposing federal regulation of prediction market

The NFL has submitted an opinion to the US Supreme Court opposing federal regulation of predictive markets such as Kalshi and Polymarket. Gary Gensler and Chris Dodd also submitted their opinions to the US Supreme Court this week. Chris Dodd had previously pushed for a bill that would give the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) the power to regulate predictive markets. (Source: Reuters)
