Binance released Security Incident Recovery Update #9, announcing that withdrawal services for a batch of assets will be gradually restored starting at 12:00 PM on November 6th. Withdrawal services will be restored in stages after security checks are completed, while deposit services will remain normal. The assets eligible for withdrawals under this plan cover multiple networks including BSC, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon, and Arbitrum, including USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, XRP, and CAKE. On November 6, South Korean Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Economy Lee Hyung-il chaired an emergency meeting to review the market situation, which was attended by four top South Korean economic and financial officials.
